I am beyond satisfied with it. From my pre pregnancy weight, with only wearing it a few times, I’ve lost almost 20 lbs! I didn't use this much because it wasn't as necessary as i thought. but it did help keep me from feeling like my belly was a deflated balloon. and it helped my back adjust to breastfeeding with all the bending and leaning i was doing. Perfect to wear after birth. My skin gets irritated easily when I wear any kind of belly wraps or waist trainers so I normally put it over a thin tank top so it doesn't irritate my skin. Love the fact this is a 3 piece set & it fully covers the stomach & hips. It does rise up a bit when you sit down, but that's to be expected. I do agree with others that this is bulky & not super thin so you can see it under your clothes, but I don't mind at all since I've just given birth.
