Seven months postpartum here, and I've been using this thing since they day it showed up. I am 5'3, 205 lbs after birth. The postpartum support assisted a lot after giving birth, and assisted with cramping. The section for the pelvis, does not stay in place for me, even though I'm not being active. Throughout the day, there may be some adjusting to get it comfortable again. The ridges leave indentations on the skin, so I put a tank top underneath, that's my personal preference. The first time I used it, I wanted to wrap it as tightly as I could to make me look thinner, but that wasn't a good idea. Throughout the day it rolled up, and I kept having to adjust it.
