I'm 5'9 and 225lb postpartum. I ordered the large and it is tight though that is the whole point. It really is quite comfortable. It helps with my back pain postpartum while I'm up walking around. It was so tight post pregnancy, but now that I have lost 10 lbs it's more bearable to wear all day. The downside is that now that I've started to wear it after I lost weight, the stomach area is not as tight. It's tight around the rib area and butt area only. This belt says 3 in 1... but it's really 3 in 3... there are three separate parts to this belt. Good luck figuring out how to accurately put them on. I'm assuming I'm doing a good enough job, but I basically have no idea what I'm doing with this thing. The instructions are just photos with no explanation to it, so they are pretty confusing. |

This was GREAT. I had a fundraiser to attend, and this gave me just the extra bit of smoothness from bra strap to hip that I needed. I am not fat, per se, but I am a bit soft around the mid-section and didn't want the dreaded pooch to show when I sat. This product stayed in place, did not roll down (though the legs on the boy-shorts portion did want to roll up a little, which was a bit annoying) and gave me the smoothness I was looking for. This is definitely not a girdle or a corset, so please have your expectations in line when you order it (I did, and I was pleased). |

Love how smooth it is and how the top doesn't roll down has a good grip, for me it does the jod, I'm 5'2 120 pounds I just wanted some spanx to wear with my birthday dress to smooth everything out and I also just had a baby so it's good for me. I feel like it's true to size but I am slim so maybe if you're a little more rounded it might run small. Hope it helps |

This is my 2nd time purchasing this product. The item fit as expected, hold you firmly and gives a seamless look under clothing. My only issue is with the top of the product with the silicone like elastic band. I may have developed an allergy to that small area as it leaves a red mark around my waist/torso. You can wear it inside out if this happens. |
