This waist trimmer is awesome. It is visible under clothes so I generally wear it once I get home. It helps to hold me in while I'm cooking dinner or lounging around the house. These are well made and very reasonable in price. They feel a bit tight when first put on but are comfortable after a few minutes. I bought one size up and they are perfect. I only used this for about a week before i got tired of it. I understand the process of wearing a corset and such, but it was too uncomfortable for me to wear. It was very, very tight. I got some extenders from the company, and that helped a lot. I had a c-section and this binder was great. I was able to walk around without feeling that my insides were going to fall out. Everything felt nice and secure and it was very comfortable while I was up. My only issue was that I had to undo and redo the entire thing when I had to use to restroom. I also couldn't sit very well in it. But overall I really enjoyed this and I'm super happy that I purchased it. Couldn't figure out what belt goes where - no labels!!! Couldn't even match from the photo/drawing. I returned it. It also seemed like it would squeeze me too much, even the plus size. I'll keep looking for a better set.
