I am very pleased with this product. I had a c section and waited about 4 weeks to start wearing it because my stomach was very sore. I really like that it has the bands on the side that you can adjust and it gives you an hourglass shape. It gives a lot of support and it is even helping me with back pain. This product works very well for the smoothing effect. I am a size 8/10 so I ordered a size up, XL, as suggested in the other reviews. I am pleased that I am able to wear it with absolutely no issues with the top rolling down, but if I were to order again I would get a L, my usual size, so that the garment might offer more compression.
