I ordered the 2xl size which is a size larger than what I normally wear on bottom. Unless you have 4 hands or someone around to help you get it up to your waist, you will have had your workout by the time you manage it. Realizing that the purpose is to smooth things out - you know those rolls us gals get - it does in effect do that - IF you can tolerate the squishing. If you're desperate to look good in something, go ahead and order it, but be prepared to take it off so you can breathe. I had to return it because the sizing is way off, but I'm reordering a larger size. I do prefer the all in one with bra and hook an eye opening. Does not slim or shape at all. I was indecisive wet her or not I should buy a size down since it does not Sim at all but it is already tight-fitting so it will just be tighter but with no slimming effect. Wow! Talk about bang for you buck! This product is totally worth it! I got a very cheap waist wrapper at the hospital postpartum and wanted something better quality so decided to look on here. Soooooooo glad I found this and WOW! Talk about the price! There are three layers to this but it really does it's purpose. You just have to follow the instructions. I plan on breast feeding for at least 6 months so can't wear this right now, but I did tried wearing it for the fist week that I got it and I loved it. Gets the job done! Usually an XL ordered the XXL , still have some room. Could have possibly ordered the XL , might have been to tight. Anyways, it gets the job done, smooths everything out! Not to tight, I can breath. Only complaint thigh part does ride up a little. |

I love this product because it is very well made, sturdy, and the materials are high quality. I bought it to support my tummy after having an abdominal hysterectomy. It is fabulous for that! I have an incision like a c-section. I only wish I had ordered it sooner. I've only used it for 2 days, but like it so much more than what I was using. I bought these for my husbands work Christmas party just to flatten out that little pooch in my stomach. Well I got them on ok, it was just a little hard to breath but not bad. We get to the party and take our pictures and and walk a bit to mingle and eat hors d'oeuvres it started to become increasingly difficult to breathe. Once we get to our table and sit down I'm in so much pain it feels like my ribs are breaking and I'm suffocating. Thankfully my friend brought a purse and let me stuff the deathtrap device in it. And when I went to the bathroom to remove them I looked in the mirror and you could still see the pooch. There was no point to these awful bone crushing killers. I will never put myself through that torture again. |

the product was ok but the only thing I don't like about it is the rubber strip that I suppose to keep the shapewear up, it comes right under my boobs and it isn't comfortable. it bothered me to walk, sit, stand or anything. and it really didn't hold anything in for me. |

I got this item in hopes to help me after I had my daughter. However while in hospital after having her I was unable to put it on. I wasn't able to put it on til she was a week or so old. Even then it did not fit right and I had a hard time using it to begin with. I am sure if I was smaller this would have been a great buy. but I am bigger and it didn't fit right. but as everyone knows with having a newborn and school and whatnot I forgot to try and return it. If I ever had another child and was smaller I am sure it would have worked out great. |

I especially love the thinnest piece that goes around the hips/ lower tummy cuz it keeps my uterus in place so i can run. Cool product and i would recommend to all new moms. HOWEVER, i would never wear this whole thing going out with fitted clothing because it is quite unsightly on me. I feel like Uncle Fester or a giant shapeless sausage lol. |
