I'm really disappointed with these. I am a size 12 & bought the large. As I was putting them on, they were tight as expected (who wants loose-fitting shapewear?) I hiked them up & the band on top immediately folded over. There are 2 rubber strips that are meant to hold them in place, but only one was against my skin. The other was on the outside on top. It was like wearing a rubber band around my ribs all day. It actually hurt to take them off because of the gouge they left in my skin. It really did look like the mark a hair tie leaves when you wear one on your wrist all day (if you have large wrists like I do.) Also, as the top band folded, the outer layer started to bunch up. The top band is the tightest fitting part of these. Fortunately, the band comes up to the bra line, so they didn't create a weird extra roll between the band and bra. I like the boy-short part of these, but there is a thick seam around the hips where the inside layer starts. I haven't really checked it out, but it seems like they would leave some strange thong-ish looking panty lines. I would almost say that I hate these, but they did hold in my belly & love handles, plus I like the boy shorts. However, I wish I had gotten another pair of the Maidenform Sleek Smoothers Hi-Waist Boyshort Shapewear. I have had those for a few months, but they were a little looser than I'd like after losing 20 lbs. (I had ordered the XL) I think I will be getting another pair of those and save these for emergencies. | Tag:

Sadly this didn't work for me. I wore it at home first to see how it would hold up. But after a few minutes of walking, the leg portion rolled up and it was very noticeable, especially if your dress is form fitting. So that kinda defeats the purpose. The tummy portion did stay up and had no problems rolling down, even with movement and sitting down. I also followed the sizing chart but I feel that it's still a little too big on me. It does what it says, as long as your not that big of a size (wide). Its a little too small for me. I would expect it would be meant more for skinny women with a little bit of tummy. |

Ordered this as soon as I found out I was having a c-section. After reading reviews, I decided to order a size up, which worked well for me, but still seems a little small. It feels so supportive and great aside from it running a little small. Definitely make sure you order a size larger than what you think you need. |

I bought this for chronic SI joint pain. I've tried other SI belts and didn't like them, they were uncomfortable and didn't stay in place. I'm a little overweight with wide hips and a narrow waist. This was perfect! It wide enough that it spread the pressure out, didn't roll/ride up and was much more comfortable |

My tried this yesterday and she really loves it. She's about to give birth in 5 weeks so the piece that she's using is only the waist/back support. She likes the feel of it and it's very comfortable. It helps with her posture and has support on her back. She's a dentist and sits up all day and so far it helps a little bit. |

Beware! It fits great and doesn't slide down but it will make you look like you are wearing a thong through any dress! There is a very prominent V seam in the back that strongly resembles a thong outline through dresses. |

I was excited to try this product. It had arrived quickly from what I read in the description, I thought it would help me in my need. After having two kids, I have the kangaroo pouch. I was expecting more control over my stomach area. There is no support. It does slender me some but not how I was expecting. its comfortable, but if you have a large back side it tends to creep up on you. Very uncomfortable. |
