I still use it 2 months postpartum (the hip wrap helps with hip pain). Here's a picture of me wearing it under pre-pregnancy clothing at the 1 month mark. At this point I hadn't started working out or anything yet. This was a great purchase as far as postpartum back support, but it is bulky and I definitely couldn't wear it outside of home. I don't feel that it helped shrink everything faster but I felt more together with it on. |

My only complaint is that with movement, it shifts a lot, causing me to have to reposition it. When wearing all three supports simultaneously, this is a lot of readjusting! |
