I'm 6 weeks postpartum and these waist wraps are really helpful. Not only do they tighten everything, they also provide much needed back support. It does take a while to get used to, I like that there are 3 separate pieces allowing me to mix and match them. The pelvic belt/support is perfect. I have had multiple lower abdominal surgeries and just had another one. This is very comfortable and cannot be seen under clothes. I have also been sleeping in it. I couldn't even use product because of how small it was. I was able to get it on properly once and felt like I was going to explode out of it. I am an average size person and usually wear smaller sized clothing, So I ordered a bigger size to ensure that it would fit. Awesome just wish it was longer. I'm 5'8 and had an issue with the belt not covering the top of my stomach. Fits most small to medium sized people. Amazing price especially considering that you're actually getting 3 binders. I only need to use 2 of them because I have a short torso. I bought this to wear after my c-section 3 weeks ago and it feels so good on. Very supportive and I swear it's made my abdomen less saggy after one day. It is a little awkward to sit in if you're wearing the brace very low as I do to support my pelvis and incision, but that's to be expected. You can't have really good support and a lot of flexible at once. I bought a c-panty and a higher waisted version and had to return both due to poor fit and lack of support. Definitely try this brace first! |
