I've only had and worn this for a few days but I really like it so far. you can basically make it as tight/loose as you want. Flexible enough to sit in. I wear it around the house as much as possible. have not seen any results as far as loosing inches but like I said I have only worn for a couple of days. I wear a Medium in everything (tops, bottoms, bras, underwear, etc.) so I decided to purchase the Medium, but the size chart instructed that I should purchase a small due to me being a size 6. As I waited for it to arrive, I was nervous that I should have ordered a Small but after it arrived I was very happy with my size purchase. When I took it out of the bag I was not sure it would even fit. It LOOKED like a small, but it doesn't fit like a small. This product fits perfectly. It's not too tight but it still smooths my tummy and buttocks. It's also very light and breathable. I would purchase whatever size you normally wear and do not go by the size chart (but this may just be my experience). |

These were actually the first in a long like of shapewear that smoothed things out in a way that I liked. I have some belly fat, and it hangs due to a c-section, so normally shapewear just pulls it all up in the middle and I lose my hourglass shape. This kept that while making my stomach look smaller from the side. And they weren't too uncomfortable either! |

I had a c-section 6 weeks ago. I used the 3 in 1 Postpartum Support system every day for the first few weeks and It really helped. After the surgery, my belly was very sensitive to movement; i.e.. riding in the car. This product really helped keep everything in and provided much needed support. The pressure of the belts felt good as well and helped with the pain. For the first two weeks, I was really swollen but after the third week and the use of this product I saw and felt a major difference in my belly. This does help smooth out and compress the tummy area, but it did roll down on me a bit. I'm 4'11" and 145 pounds, and it just hits me right below the bra line. Another minor annoyance is that the little boyshort part does not stay in place at all. The legs kept riding up. |

Bought a large thinking it would be plenty big enough. I was 180 lbs right before giving birth and 2 days afterwards this would not fit. Must be an "Asian" large since it had Chinese lettering on the tag. |
