I had the easiest pregnancy and the easiest delivery for my daughter! But postpartum was not so easy. I have had the worst hip pain after her birth. Most days I could hardly walk! I'm 5'6 153 Lbs and a Large fits perfect. I expected this as "spanx" type products always run a little small. If this is your first time ordering a product like this, you need to order one size up. There is rubber on the top edges to help prevent it from sliding. The rubber does an ok job. But it works very well to flatten your tummy and gives me a boost of confidence when wearing form fitting clothing. I'm happy with this, and the price is great. Beats the stores. |

My only complaint is it does push up the skin around the top so it looks like I have a fat roll where I don't. |

I couldn't even use product because of how small it was. I was able to get it on properly once and felt like I was going to explode out of it. I am an average size person and usually wear smaller sized clothing, So I ordered a bigger size to ensure that it would fit. I was very disappointed upon receiving the product. |

Sizes seem to run small, so I'm disappointed that I can't really use this yet. Although I could've returned it and gotten a larger size, the optimist in me says I'll be the smaller size soon, so I can just wait and use it later. That being said, once it's on, the added straps really do tighten around the waist. Definitely designed well and made very sturdy. |

I absolutely love this. I gave birth a week ago and my belly is almost back to normal. I have only been using the first belt so far. I did use the second belt for about two days. I have not used the last belt for your hips yet. But so far this has worked for me. I did have a small bump to begin with. I can already fit into my old clothes. My jeans still fit a bit snug but overall i'm happy with my purchase. |

Everything felt nice and secure and it was very comfortable while I was up. My only issue was that I had to undo and redo the entire thing when I had to use to restroom. I also couldn't sit very well in it. But overall I really enjoyed this and I'm super happy that I purchased it. I also feel that this helped bring down my waistline back sooner. |

I am a short person, short legs, arms and everything in between. So no surprisingly, this did not fit. Too much material at one end. Take your pick. Wish the sizing would include short torso and long torso. Not everyone is as the designers expect us to be. |

So far so good. I would say this is ideal avg waisted people. However, it is working lovely for a short-waisted individual such as myself. The pelvic support is a big small, but I am a big larger in the hips. I give it a 4 because I've only been using it a few days. |
