This product is so great because it has versatility with all the adjustments it has. You can make it tighter where you need it and looser where you need it which is so much more comfortable and much easier to put on by yourself than the traditional wrap. Site stated that one size fits all, but it doesn't. It barely fits me and when I do wear it, it's pretty tight and I can only wear it for a little while. I wish that it was a little bit bigger. This product runs somewhat small but I was able to make it work. So far since using I am seeing an improvement. I can say this I normally have back pain but on the days I wear this I don't feel the pain as much I wonder why. Anyway I wear this under my clothes during the week I normally wear loose fitting comfortable clothes since I do work from home but the other day I wore this under a form fitting dress. Everyone was asking me how did I lose so much weight so fast I couldn't help but laugh. But I noticed how smooth my stomach looked when I put my dress on it was very impressing. The wraps were all well made. I used mine for about 2 months after the birth of my second child. It's alot of material so it will look bulky under most clothes. I wouldn't call it comfortable...I had to remove it every time I was breastfeeding. I did feel tighter after wearing it. Would use again. |

This 3 in 1 postpartum support belt is great for after c section. But it's hard to use it for more than 3 hours. The folds poke the skin too much if you're constantly moving, sitting, standing, walking. I stopped using it after 4 weeks, because the folds hurt me more and more as it began to "shape into my body". Giving it high rating because it's very well made and the velcro lasts long and is of high quality. But it's not very comfortable. |

I still use it 2 months postpartum (the hip wrap helps with hip pain). Here's a picture of me wearing it under pre-pregnancy clothing at the 1 month mark. At this point I hadn't started working out or anything yet. You can tell I'm wearing it, but it's fairly comfortable and it will help with your posture after as well. |
