I especially love the thinnest piece that goes around the hips/ lower tummy cuz it keeps my uterus in place so i can run. Cool product and i would recommend to all new moms. HOWEVER, i would never wear this whole thing going out with fitted clothing because it is quite unsightly on me. I ordered a much for expensive postpartum girdle, which I had to return due to a faulty zipper. In the meanwhile I ordered this girdle, and I love it much more than the other one (which cost $100). The sizing is way small. I ordered a large and this "large" is what would sell as a small or medium in any US department store. Fortunately this product had free returns, so returning it should be simple. |

I'm a fairly small person.. not so much after being pregnant, but still on the small side. Some of the pieces really had to stretch to fit around my hips. |

Bunches up and shows under clothing.. Works good but you can't go anywhere with it on. |

Sometimes I wore it under my clothes, which helped me to feel more confident in my postpartum body. The material is soft enough that I could wear it against my skin. Other days, I would wear it over a tank top, and under a shirt. |

All is all, it's tight to keep your "stuff" in. but you'll have to wear loose clothing because it shows the band when you wear tight clothes. I think this is more for waist clincher than a belly band. but i think this is one of the better belly bands out there to help you tighten the belly. I've tried other ones, they're just too soft to keep my belly in. I have a really bad diastasis recti and this keeps it "in" temporarily. This is stiff enough with boning on the back and mesh at the back to make it breathable. Wore it in mid 70's weather still managable. One thing i wish that this is longer and covers more area of my torso so there's not "extra" skin hanging like a muffin top. I'm usually size xs and s, ordered small, it's good. |
