I've only had and worn this for a few days but I really like it so far. you can basically make it as tight/loose as you want. Flexible enough to sit in. I wear it around the house as much as possible. have not seen any results as far as loosing inches but like I said I have only worn for a couple of days. This product fit terribly. I am four days post partum (easy vaginal birth) and an average sized woman 5'7, 170lbs pre-pregnancy). I love this product because it is very well made, sturdy, and the materials are high quality. I bought it to support my tummy after having an abdominal hysterectomy. It is fabulous for that!
