I had it on for a few hours and between the itchiness and the shoulder straps i couldnt take it. I would buy a bigger size, but it wont keep my stomach in as well. I haven't worn this a LOT yet postpartum to be honest. It was as described and arrived on time. It's easy to wear and adjust, I bought a small and it's definitely the correct size. but sometimes when I sit the Velcro pops off and I have to lift my shirt to redo the belt- not practical. There are 3 pieces but if you use all 3, it's very bulky and obvious. The one piece that is large and flat I recommend that you wear backwards and Velcro it at your lower back. This way your entire abdomen is cinched in. The skinny belt, wear under the bra line as normal. The one large bulky belt can be used to sleep (I take this off to shower and sleep. If you can tolerate sleeping in it, it's better for you). I will continue to use this while in the house and use my "mother tucker" shirt when I have to run errands. I recommend belly binding as a way to help your waist return to normal quicker but I can't recommend this belt because the major flaw is keeping it shut. I intend to bind for 4-6 weeks.

Ordered size 10-12 as that's what I wear in street clothes and it fits perfect! Bathroom "hole" is large enough to be useful without making a mess. This is the best shapewear I've found for the price, and I have tried just about everything out there including shapewear from Victoria's Secret and Spanx! When I first got it it looked small and like it wouldn't fit but after some stretching I tried it on and it was actually quite comfortable. The only problem i have with it that irritated me was the top. the band kept rolling down and it felt more restraining there than anywhere else. I might spend some time stretching that part and even sew a part directly below so that it will not roll over since there seems to be nothing keeping it from doing so. With both layers of fabric it is just sees together at the top so there's nothing stopping it from facing outward. Buy a size larger. |

I found this to be super uncomfortable and it left horrible bulges where it ends, both under the bra line and in the legs. It was a huge chore getting it on and off and it didn't stay up as well as I had hoped. Maybe I got the incorrect size, but I wasn't a fan at all. Returned for a refund. |
