I was so excited to get this . It arrived today . I am 5ft 8 in weigh 176. It was greT support for upper thigh and butt area without smooshing you flat however it definitely shows around the lower thigh area where the bottom lining is. The torso is a lil too long and really gathers when I sit. Also I ordered a 10/12 I'm in the last hook . The only part I'm happy with is that it smooths out the upper thigh and butt. There were 3 points to mention. 1, my underarm excess showed, 2, the straps near the top by the armpits dug into my skin and had mild bruising, but put on a band aid ,was very doable, and last but not least, the 3rd one....the crotch. Oh yes, be warned. It's gonna be a doozy trying to do #1, #2 IS A CHALLENGE! But fear not, if you have to go make sure that you have loose fitting underwear or a thong, gonna be alot of maneuvering down there. If you have several minutes to spare then just undo your hooks and peel it. Since I am an established seamstress i would recommend some kind of velcro or a protective zipper. First off, this was a little difficult to get on, so once you're in it, it takes a while to get out. When I first put it on, I was wearing undergarments and quickly realized I would not be able to use the restroom without removing everything! There is a HUGE missing area for this purpose, but I really like wearing underwear, so it was a bit awkward. Fit well. It was a little long for many of my cocktail dresses including my favorite Ivanka Trump one, but I was happy to see a regular size fit me in length (I'm a 6'1" woman, 185lbs). Material is tight, as should be for compression garment, offers as advertised. Comfortable but interior seams sewn large leaving indentation on flanks when removed. Elastic across top of back can cause hotspots but the middle is perfect for support. Ordered LG for athletic build, 120#, runs small. Size larger probably too large though. |

VERY comfortable. Probably the most comfortable article of shapewear I've ever owned and it actually flattens out my pooch (which is rather abundant) I'm not a large (or a small) person, but it takes my 34 inch waist down to around a 32 so I really can't complain and it hasn't rolled or given me back bulges at all. Very happy. |

I love this body shaper. It allows me to have the body contour that I desire especially when wearing dresses. I like how it brings in my waist line and slimming my upper back without "rolls" between the waist corset and bra. |

It also didn't appear to help my tummy pooch at all. Good thing I was holding my breath all day since I couldn't take a deep breath anyway. Maybe THAT is how it help your tummy appear flatter...It makes you suck in your stomach. The dizziness is an uncomfortable side effect, but suck it up honey, beauty hurts |
