Very sturdy wrap but a little on the small size. I wish they had a larger size but i got the biggest one they had. I am 36 weeks pregnant, 5'5'and 200lbs. After you give birth your belly stays the same size for a couple weeks so i hope this will fit post c-section. The instructions are difficult to interpret. They are just pictures and photos (2 inserts), but neither clearly shows which piece is which.
