This is a great postpartum waist band. However, it is very bulky and hard to bend or sit. Unfortunately I could not wear this out because my body just looked so unnatural, it was obvious I was wearing a lot of something under my loose cloths. Great product especially for the price & fast delivery! Product was packaged so professionally from the manufacturer (provided even a shopping bag inside). This product fits me perfectly (I'm a size 2 but gained 35lbs during pregnancy). It came with directions on how to wear :) it has many pieces but that's the purpose to cover all areas of your mid section. This 3 in 1 postpartum support belt is great for after c section. But it's hard to use it for more than 3 hours. The folds poke the skin too much if you're constantly moving, sitting, standing, walking. I stopped using it after 4 weeks, because the folds hurt me more and more as it began to "shape into my body". Giving it high rating because it's very well made and the velcro lasts long and is of high quality. But it's not very comfortable. |

I wore this after a c-section for the first few outings. I started wearing it 3 days after surgery. Compared to my other c-sections, I could really tell a difference while wearing this. It provided amazing support. It didn't hurt as much going over bumps in the road, railroad tracks, etc. It also helped me get up and down easier and helped me not feel like my insides were falling out. I did not wear this to "loose my tummy", I simply wanted the extra support. It is 3 pieces and takes a little bit to get on. It fastens with velcro so it would fit many different shapes and sizes.
