This product worked well. Unfortunately I had a C section and had to wait a while before using it. If I used it every day it would have definitely made my tummy smaller but it bothered my scar a little bit. I did notice a big difference the first week or two that I actually followed instructions and wore it every day for the suggested amount of hours. I was just lazy about wearing it. You can wrap this really tightly around your belly, which can feel nice in so far as feeling less jiggly while your muscles tighten.
