I haven't used this much because I'm slightly uncomfortable in it and could only see myself wearing it at home while up and doing stuff, definitely not while sitting down. The fabric/material isn't very flexible so when you sit it feels like you have a barrel over you somewhat. was a little confusing on how to use it, but finally figured it out. Its.. okay, not sure if it actually works...BUT I'm still wearing it. You start off in sections. So you wear the bottom on first then you start adding the other layers. |
