I agree with most of the reviewers that this belt is a very good purchase considering the price and quiality. I ordered a size M and it was tight but i like I still have room to tighten up. I've been wearing it for 5 days and havealready seen a difference. The downside is it has a strong odor at first but it goes away later. And if you have a long torso, it might be a little short for you. None of those bothers me so I still gives 5 stars. I only used this for about a week before i got tired of it. I understand the process of wearing a corset and such, but it was too uncomfortable for me to wear. It was very, very tight. Exactly what I wanted. I expected a tight fit and am currently using it post partum. Used it once and already felt and seen the swelling die down after a few hours. Love how item has three pieces to customize a fit for your body/goal. Did find item to crease and ride up if you tend to sit. Overall, very happy with my item. I ordered a large however it wasn't big enough. It's too tight to wear for a long time. I'm not even sure if during the time I am wearing it if it works. ?? It theory it's a great product but the parts are not labeled, and the sizing is not good. The only directions you get are pictures of women wearing the parts for each stage, but it is impossible to tell some of the parts apart and also to tell which way is the top or bottom. Also a few pointers on the best time frame for daily wear but they were clearly not written in English first and are a bit confusing. This was marked as a best seller, so I decided to buy and I was not disappointed. The instructions are very clear on how to use each piece and it fits quite comfortably. Definitely wear a thin cami or tank top underneath cause the fabric can be a bit itchy. |

Runs a bit small in my experience, however as you begin to shrink after giving birth that's probably a good thing. I wore it pretty religiously during the day from week 2 on and it really helped me feel supported. I was able to stand and move around better with it. I had a vaginal delivery, but am experiencing a good deal of lower back pain so this is a great thing to have. Not sure that it helped with slimming down faster or at all, but it certainly makes me feel supported. If you wear it under a loose top you could wear it out. Under fitted tops it is visible. |

I believe this is an Asian product so the sizing runs a bit small. I ordered an X-Large for a woman who was recovering from a C-section and she is a Medium even post-pregnancy. So check the sizing before you order! |
