It theory it's a great product but the parts are not labeled, and the sizing is not good. The only directions you get are pictures of women wearing the parts for each stage, but it is impossible to tell some of the parts apart and also to tell which way is the top or bottom. Also a few pointers on the best time frame for daily wear but they were clearly not written in English first and are a bit confusing.
