I wouldn't want new moms to overuse this girdle, I would suggest only wearing it during the day or whenever it best helps. It's a good idea to let your tummy and incision breathe a bit or to at least loosen it a lot while sleeping. Very easy to use. Started wearing it after I had my son. I'm 5'1" and was 180lbs when I delivered. Had to wait a week or so before I shrunk enough for me to wear it. It gets super snug if you want it real tight. The boning in the back feels great on my back after breastfeeding all day. Not a great belly band at all. It has an awkward fit and it sweezes my midsection but the upper and lower parts of my stomach are bulging out with no band the cover it all adequately. I had a c-section and this belt is not anywhere near as good as the basic hospital wrap. I wish I would have returned it. I think this is too short from chest to abdomen. After a pregnancy you would be expected to have extra flab/skin and the area this corset covers is fairly narrow, unless you are very petite. If you place it to your panty line like the picture shows, it just pushes the extra fat and skin up towards your bra line, which is very uncomfortable. I could not use this until about week 6 post-partum until I had lost a bit of my tummy and it still feels like I'm having to constantly adjust this because it doesn't stay in position throughout the day. | Tag:

Awesome just wish it was longer. I'm 5'8 and had an issue with the belt not covering the top of my stomach. It worked for the pain I was having after my c section, but to wear as a waist trainer, I wouldn't suggest if you were my height or so. |

I haven't worn this a LOT yet postpartum to be honest. It was as described and arrived on time. It's easy to wear and adjust, I bought a small and it's definitely the correct size. Haven't noticed it stretching out but again I haven't worn it as much as I was planning to... I intend to keep for future pregnancies and use again. |

As described. I like that you decide how to wear them and they're flexible for sizing. It takes some getting use to though. |

The Corset was comfortable however it was not a wide as i would have liked, i have a long torso and needed one that is wider but for price and quality i am pleased |
