This item was entirely too small. I can fit into a large, but something told me to order it a size larger, and it still ended up being tight. In the end, the item does fit me, but it's not worth the chore of pulling and shimmying into it when I expected easy on, and easy off! But I will give this product this: the material it was made up of was very soft and supple and really smooth. I'm 5'6 153 Lbs and a Large fits perfect. I expected this as "spanx" type products always run a little small. If this is your first time ordering a product like this, you need to order one size up. There is rubber on the top edges to help prevent it from sliding. The rubber does an ok job. But it works very well to flatten your tummy and gives me a boost of confidence when wearing form fitting clothing. I'm happy with this, and the price is great. This 3 in 1 postpartum support belt is great for after c section. But it's hard to use it for more than 3 hours. The folds poke the skin too much if you're constantly moving, sitting, standing, walking. I stopped using it after 4 weeks, because the folds hurt me more and more as it began to "shape into my body". Giving it high rating because it's very well made and the velcro lasts long and is of high quality. But it's not very comfortable. | Tag:

I got this item in hopes to help me after I had my daughter. However while in hospital after having her I was unable to put it on. I wasn't able to put it on til she was a week or so old. Even then it did not fit right and I had a hard time using it to begin with. I am sure if I was smaller this would have been a great buy. but I am bigger and it didn't fit right. but as everyone knows with having a newborn and school and whatnot I forgot to try and return it. If I ever had another child and was smaller I am sure it would have worked out great. |

So yea, this item works for what I personally wanted it for and it's overall comfortable and a nice alternative for what I was using before. But I really wish I could somehow change the waistband as it is much too tight for me and I really hate the rubbery stuff. |

Returned it for a 6-8 and that was perfect.I had a squeeze in the first row and was a little light headed on day one so I took it off after about one hour. Next day,I felt more comfortable and the third time I wore it a few days later,I had it on for about 8 hours.I have big thighs and it dug into my thighs a little when I sat but I pulled it a little and was fine. Didn't fit

but sometimes when I sit the Velcro pops off and I have to lift my shirt to redo the belt- not practical. There are 3 pieces but if you use all 3, it's very bulky and obvious. The one piece that is large and flat I recommend that you wear backwards and Velcro it at your lower back. This way your entire abdomen is cinched in. The skinny belt, wear under the bra line as normal. The one large bulky belt can be used to sleep (I take this off to shower and sleep. If you can tolerate sleeping in it, it's better for you). I will continue to use this while in the house and use my "mother tucker" shirt when I have to run errands. I recommend belly binding as a way to help your waist return to normal quicker but I can't recommend this belt because the major flaw is keeping it shut. I intend to bind for 4-6 weeks.

This did the job, helped a long dress look smooth and elegant. The only downside was how stiff the hook & eye panel in the crotch felt- the edges dug in to my inner thigh a bit and was a tad uncomfortable after several hours. Definitely recommend having this over underwear, not as an undergarment in its own right. Otherwise this is the perfect middle ground between the smooth line of a body suit, the shaping of a girdle and the upright posture of a corset. The short version does ride up a little around the thighs, so make sure to double check sizing with leg size in mind as much as waist- you might be in danger of digging in on the panty line & hamstring tie in. Overall well worth the money, and would probably be modified easily to fix the small drawbacks. |

Slightly small for me. I would say I'm a large/x large but I took my chances buying it. It rides up, I have to constantly take it on & off to fix it. I don't use it cause that fact. I'm sure it would be great if I was actually the size for it. |
