It's hard to wear all three pieces but if you don't wear all three pieces your extra skin/fat pushes up or down to wear the belts aren't at and looks awful. Perfect to wear after birth. My skin gets irritated easily when I wear any kind of belly wraps or waist trainers so I normally put it over a thin tank top so it doesn't irritate my skin. Love the fact this is a 3 piece set & it fully covers the stomach & hips. It does rise up a bit when you sit down, but that's to be expected. I do agree with others that this is bulky & not super thin so you can see it under your clothes, but I don't mind at all since I've just given birth. Works well. I never use all three pieces together. It gets a bit bulky, and digs into my skin, but I'm very tiny. Works great for spd pain postpartum. Doesn't stay in place very well though.
