Definitely worth the purchase - helped me be more mobile faster holding everything in place. My first pregnancy I didn't have this and it really would have made a difference. It is however a little on the large size (for me 3/4 women's 7 junior pre-pregnancy size) I ended up velcroing on to portions of the waistband that didn't have the other part of the velcro so it started to get a little fuzzy. And like some of the other reviewers the wiring did buckle a little but I found that I had them in the wrong order, after the fix it was ok - directions are hard to follow as 2 of the pics look the same. Fits most small to medium sized people. Amazing price especially considering that you're actually getting 3 binders. I only need to use 2 of them because I have a short torso. I bought this to wear after my c-section 3 weeks ago and it feels so good on. Very supportive and I swear it's made my abdomen less saggy after one day. It is a little awkward to sit in if you're wearing the brace very low as I do to support my pelvis and incision, but that's to be expected. You can't have really good support and a lot of flexible at once. I bought a c-panty and a higher waisted version and had to return both due to poor fit and lack of support. Honestly not impressed with this at all. It is too big and bulky... A pain in the butt to put on. You can make it tighter but the tightness isnt evenly dispersed and you will feel buldging . I recommend buying a regular waist cincher. |

I slept in this and wore it all day every day. It didn't really restrict my breathing, and if anything, it helped my posture and gave me more back support when normally I just felt lumpy and unstable because of all the changes my body had gone through. |

This was great after my C-section. I wish it would have stayed lower because my incision is low, between my legs, but it is nearly impossible to get something to stay put when you move your legs, sit, etc. I HIGHLY recommend this to anyone getting a C-section. |

Very supportive but ridged. It is difficult to sit or move around to much. I'm provably a size 8 dress size right now and it is badly big enough to wear. It would be better if there were size options. |
