This seems to really help "keep things in". It's hard to say if out runs small since I just had a baby things are a little swollen still but I ordered a size larger than I normally willing have & it worked. They are thick but you want it to cover most of your belly so sitting with it tight isn't very comfortable. I wore this after a c-section for the first few outings. I started wearing it 3 days after surgery. Compared to my other c-sections, I could really tell a difference while wearing this. It provided amazing support. It didn't hurt as much going over bumps in the road, railroad tracks, etc. It also helped me get up and down easier and helped me not feel like my insides were falling out. I did not wear this to "loose my tummy", I simply wanted the extra support. It is 3 pieces and takes a little bit to get on. It fastens with velcro so it would fit many different shapes and sizes. I bought this for postpartum support to help get my shape back and get rid of the mommy pooch. I was a size 16-18 postpartum and I couldn't get it to even come close to closing and even if I had the Velcro would've snapped open. Very easy to use. Started wearing it after I had my son. I'm 5'1" and was 180lbs when I delivered. Had to wait a week or so before I shrunk enough for me to wear it. It gets super snug if you want it real tight. The boning in the back feels great on my back after breastfeeding all day. It's not bulky but you can definitely see it under clothes. |

It's an okay product. I'm under 200lbs and it barely fits around my wait. It also has three separate pieces, which is frustrating. The material is durable though.its very hot if you have one piece on, let alone three! |
