I've only had and worn this for a few days but I really like it so far. you can basically make it as tight/loose as you want. Flexible enough to sit in. I wear it around the house as much as possible. have not seen any results as far as loosing inches but like I said I have only worn for a couple of days. It's a bit tight and the three layers don't stay layered when you move. Also it pushes my back fat up and out and is too stiff to wear post c-section. I was 190 pounds. I would suggest for "slimmer" ladies because it doesn't really hold much in. |
