I am very pleased with this product. I had a c section and waited about 4 weeks to start wearing it because my stomach was very sore. I really like that it has the bands on the side that you can adjust and it gives you an hourglass shape. It gives a lot of support and it is even helping me with back pain. i would usually wear a medium in things and after reading reviews I ordered a Large- day after my csection i could barely get it to come together but it still felt good to have the support-now a week post op It fits fine- still not loose but comes together without to much pulling. |

I guess this would work. I personally gave up on the whole girdle idea and just wear my pre-pregnancy leggings. They hold everything in and allow me to move and bend freely. |

These were definately the best buy for controlling my (never had a baby) mothers apron. That is, they were the best shaping shorts for flattening my belly overhang. Legs did roll up a bit. |

I wish the shorts were a bit longer, they tend to bunch up over my thighs. I'm 140 pounds and ordered a medium. It's a tad tight, but is not too uncomfortable. The top stays in place even with constant bending over. Overall good purchase for the price. |

After an emergency c section, this was a god sent! Each day feels different, and the variety of belts helps adjust to how you feel. Some days I wear all three, others just one. Buy this. ASAP. |

Where the spandex is it's great but the fat and skin is pushed up above the coverage line and can be seen though the clothes. Needs to be full coverage on top as well. |
