I bought this shapewear in anticipation of my first wedding dress fitting and wasted my money. Don't get me wrong... I'm sure it works great... With certain body types. I am 5'4" 135 pounds and I was looking for a little something to suck in the little bit of tummy I have since my dress is form fitting. What I didn't anticipate is that this piece completely covered up my natural hourglass shape as soon as I put it on. My nicely defined waistline turned into a very blah, box-like body shape. This is an awesome product. I had a c section and my belly is still a little sensitive. This belt (especially the pelvis belt) gives me support what my belly needs. My upper back has been really sore and tense.. well this problem is now solved too cause it gives my back support that it needs plus it keeps it straight. I usually put it on when I go on a longer walk. The only thing is it's not as comfortable to sit with it but I got used to it! Getting it on the first time was a trick, but I managed. The first time you put something like this on is always the hardest. It stretches out a little over time so I was patient. I have thick thighs so I pushed it up higher than it was meant to go to get it stretched out a little & to make sure it would hit the leg crease comfortably & not gap weirdly & centered the open area. Then I smoothed the legs back down into place. My lower belly is an issue, so the panty part was difficult, that was expected. I wish it had come up a bit further but, that may well just be because I'm too large so I'm not blaming the garment for that. |

This fits perfectly I have no complaints. I thought it might be too tight but it's not. I'm 5.7 and a size 12 the 4X was recommended by someone else and it fits perfectly. I'd recommend this as long as you get the right size |

The fabric was very comfortable but did not seem to control very well. I also hated the seem around the butt area. If you are planning on wearing a form fitting dress or pants, the seem will totally show through. Don't understand why they made it that way. Overall, I do not like the way this was made and do not recommend. |

For postpartum tummies that are still round, this is not a good product. The Velcro bunches up and digs into your skin. But if you're flat-tummied and just want support, I think this would be fine. |

Bought this a week postpartum and It helped with good support as I begin to do things around the house. First time wearing a belly band, my third pregnancy. For the price it's definitely useful! |
