Considering I tried on every type of compression gear I could find at kohls, I daresay this is the most comfortable body shaper that I have EVER tried on. Having the waist cincher in the middle made it quick and easy to get off and on. Has large opening making it easy to use restroom. I ordered the 12/14, size 5X. Because I can tighten to last row of hooks, I think I could have gone down in size. I usually wear a 14W or 16R for reference. However the compression was just right for the dress I will be wearing it under. If I was wearing a bodycon dress I would size down. I found the thigh area to be very comfortable and didn't make any lines above the knee - which is a first for me. This product is of very high quality for the price. All is all, it's tight to keep your "stuff" in. but you'll have to wear loose clothing because it shows the band when you wear tight clothes. I think this is more for waist clincher than a belly band. but i think this is one of the better belly bands out there to help you tighten the belly. I've tried other ones, they're just too soft to keep my belly in. I have a really bad diastasis recti and this keeps it "in" temporarily. This is stiff enough with boning on the back and mesh at the back to make it breathable. Wore it in mid 70's weather still managable. One thing i wish that this is longer and covers more area of my torso so there's not "extra" skin hanging like a muffin top. I'm usually size xs and s, ordered small, it's good. | Tag:

This product does not slip down and stays in place well, it hides well under my clothes. My only complaint is the shorts roll up and going to the rest room can be a pain. You have to lift whatever shirt or dress you may be wearing to get it back in place. |

I was hesitant about buying this belt bc it seemed too good to be true based on the price. The belt came as pictured and has been an absolute game changer in my c section recovery. On post op day 2 I was able to start wearing it and it significantly helps to decrease my pain and soreness. I can't recommend it enough! |

The overall fit was just about right, but problem was these babies roll BADLY. If I moved at all, the top would roll down and was extremely uncomfortable. The boyshort area also rolled badly. I thought perhaps I should've ordered a size up, but the fit was pretty much perfect. They weren't loose at all and they weren't tight. Maybe a little snug, but that's to be expected with the item. Overall, I think I'll try purchasing a similar product, but in a suit instead of just the underwear. I won't be returning them since I think I can modify them myself. But I will not be buying this product again. |

I ended up sending this item back. I bought it for a dress and didn't feel that it made any difference except for giving me back fat. I measured myself and read the reviews. I would have been a medium but everyone said to order a size up so I did and got a large. I felt like the first time I put them on they were a little hard to get on but once I took them off and tried again they went on with ease. Not sure if the medium would have been any better but regardless I can't do the back fat. |
