I'm sonewhere between 3-4 stars but I guess ai picked 3 since I have never worn it. I don't like to see ratings for things when people say "I haven't used it yet, but...", however, in this case, the reason I haven't worn it is because it's a 3. I was unsure of this product, especially due to the low price point. I was wrong. It is amazing! I seriously love this. The three separate pieces allow me to customize the support worn and the elastic velcro has allowed for adjustments to my changing waistline. I could barely get it on after delivery and eight weeks postpartum, am extra glad for the ability to tighten or loosen with each wearing. The fabric isn't pretty-after all this is a medical purposed garment, but it is thick, sturdy and of quality. It has really helped my stomach muscles 'remember' to stand straight and hold in my stomach, now that there is no longer a watermelon in front of me. I love this support band. Buy it! This made me feel a little bad, I'm 5'7 and 215 pounds and bought the largest size available. I had a REALLY hard time getting it on the first time. Now I'm on day 2 and it's much more flexible. I love how it squeezes my waist and isn't uncomfortable like the velcro belly binders. This is a steal at the price, and not super silly looking. This is the best shape wear I have ever worn. I did not buy this for postpartum reasons. I wanted something that I could adjust the tightness and boy does this ever hold you in! I really like that the 3 pieces can go all the way down and over you hips as well as up to the bottom of a bra. Its pretty lightweight until you add all 3 layers and then its feels a little bulky but it does exactly what it says it does. I am very happy I tried it and the price was is amazing. I have had much more expensive girdles and shape wear that don't hold a candle to this. Perfect for stomach training. And lastly it arrived very quickly. |

I am 5'7 with 34 hips, 30 waist (due to enlarged kidneys) 34 bust and weigh about 145lbs. I bought a size 6-8 small with this and am able to wear it on the tightest setting. It's very firm and requires some strength to pull up. It firms everything up without pushing anything out anywhere else like some Shapewear does. My waist is an inch smaller with it on and my legs, which are relatively thin, look more shapely rather than flabby from no exercise. I can wear my own bra with this too. It's very easy to use the toilet with this on and I wear boy shorts. The only complaint I have is that it digs slightly just at my armpits. It's not excruciating, but it is noticeable by the end of the day. It's not horrible looking when wearing it, but you definitely cannot say this would be considered sexy in any way. It's just a fact of getting older, everything droops unless you're healthy enough to exercise regularly (if you are healthy - take it from someone who is not - exercise daily, you'll feel and look better). This is excellent quality with strong seams, straps and fasteners. I'm going to buy one in black too. |

I love this so much! It's exactly as described and true to size. There is a mix of thinner nylon you can see in product pics that could easily be torn if not careful when putting it on. I bought two other similar items and neither of them even compare...I'm returning them both and I will buy another one of these...for the price and quality this deal can't be beat.... |
