They say it small on the web site and it is. I'm a 10 and I ordered the 4x. Still a tad bit small, but it worked for me because it pulled me in really tight without wearing the extra wrap around waist. It's good quality, wearing it feels nice, the texture. This is an excellent product compared to the other fajas that run $60-$130 it definitely can compete with the more expensive fajas. I am a very short curvy women so I was really skeptical on the product. I am 5 feet tall, weight about 220 and pant size 16. I purchased a 2xl. When I received the cincher I didn't expect it to fit but I still tried and thank god i did. In my opinion it doesn't run small. It's ment to feel a little snug because it's suppose to suck you in and smooth you out. This is the first one that I was able to breath in. Others that I have tried feel uncomfortable and roll down but not this one. The reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because when I sit down it indents in the front. This product fit terribly. I am four days post partum (easy vaginal birth) and an average sized woman 5'7, 170lbs pre-pregnancy). Things are still shrinking down to normal, so the waist belt barely fit around me and only fit halfway up my torso. The stomach belt was useless.I the best postnatal belly band canada |

Perhaps my torso is a little too long... These belt did not cover the bit of pooch I had left over- just below my belly button. They are advertised to not roll, but they certainly do. I've only worn mine for about a month and the belt is becoming too loose at the top. It also rides up, and I have to continuously pull the belts back down. It does provide some support, more than the maternity bellyband has postpartum, but at 4 and a half weeks postpartum, I definitely need more abdominal support than what these bands can offer me now. I cant expect much more, considering the price and I dont regret my purchase, since it was much more helpful in the first 2 pp weeks than it is now. I wish its good performance had lasted longer for me. |

I wear a size 12 pant (American Eagle). I ordered this in the 8-10 and the 12-14. The 8-10 fit perfect - it's tight - it's supposed to be. It makes your body look tight and not rolly so under tighter fitting dresses it's a god send. This appears to be well made as I have worn mine multiple times and replaced the larger one with a size down. The only thing that would make this better is if the body was about 1-2" longer and the thigh holes were about a 1/2" wider. |

The only thing I did not like about it was the legs would constantly ride up. I have a normal size butt and it didn't cover mine. If you have any kind of "larger" butt don't expect this to cover it. |
