This has been an amazing buy. I bought a small in my 35th week of pregnancy, having gained in the end 35 pounds. I did not plan to have a cesarean section but I am so so glad I had already had this corset! After birth I lost 25 pounds in the first week and but I had such bad back pain. Really helped me, after 2-3 weeks my belly is back to pre pregnancy size. Definitely still have to work out to tighten up my muscles but my belly went back to about how it was prior to pregnancy and I really haven't even been wearing it as often as I should. My only complaint is the lack of instructions, they weren't detailed enough and maybe something to identify which belt is which.
