Definitely worth the purchase - helped me be more mobile faster holding everything in place. My first pregnancy I didn't have this and it really would have made a difference. It is however a little on the large size (for me 3/4 women's 7 junior pre-pregnancy size) I ended up velcroing on to portions of the waistband that didn't have the other part of the velcro so it started to get a little fuzzy. And like some of the other reviewers the wiring did buckle a little but I found that I had them in the wrong order, after the fix it was ok - directions are hard to follow as 2 of the pics look the same. I almost give this a five star rating just because its so much better than the binding the hospital sent me home with. After a couple weeks it was so stretched out that I tried to cut it down to size which of course made matters so much worse! The biggest mistake I made with this, is that I waited a tad too long to order this. It really does the job at holding me in. It helps me to appear to have bigger than normal but smoother curves, like a girdle would. Because it has three separate parts, you are able to chose which is what you want and which serves your purpose best. Some of the time I have worn all three parts, other times just the smaller two. It is made with great durability. It is easy to use once you figure out where to position everything. The product comes with a pictorial instruction quick guide that I kept handy the first couple of times and then filed away once I got the hang of it.
