Held everything in after delivery. I probably should have worn it longer and more often than I did, but it still helps give me extra support when I need it. If you're expecting it to make your stomach flat again, it won't. It's bulky with all of its parts, but will definitely make your figure more sleek (I ended up with rolls and such after pregnancy, this smoothed them out).
