I ordered according to the sizing chart but the fit is still a little small. I'm using it anyway since I can't return it at this point, but I wish there was a better system for getting the right fit. Also, it doesn't really explain how tight to wear the belly belt. It's more trial and error, and gauging comfort level. If it's too tight my back starts to hurt so I loosen it. I generally like this style under summer dresses, but it is hard to find a good one. This one has a nice compression to the midsection, but there are some major issues. First, I'm not a fan of the boyshort styling at the bottom, which doesn't quite provide enough coverage for my bottom. There's enough length in the torso, and the top has a sticky strip to keep it from sliding down. However, it isn't stitched well at the top so the fabric kind of rolls over. This body slimming shape wear fits really well and isn't as uncomfortable as numerous other ones I've put on, if at all! I have stomach issues all the time so I get weary of shape wear but I put this on and wore it for a full 15 hour work day waitressing and it was comfortable, it didn't bother my stomach and I could actually pee in it without having to take the whole thing off!! Plus it really does give you an hour glass figure! The only thing is I assumed it would be much smaller for me than it was because it is a Korean product but I got an extra large and have absolutely no problem clasping it on the very last clasps, which is fine with me because I didn't want to have to sit and fight with it for a half hour, I'm 5'2 and afraid of checking how much I weigh but wear sizes ranging from 10-14 so if that's you, a large is probably big enough! |

I'm sonewhere between 3-4 stars but I guess ai picked 3 since I have never worn it. I don't like to see ratings for things when people say "I haven't used it yet, but...", however, in this case, the reason I haven't worn it is because it's a 3. The fit is ok, but it was super itchy all over. It made it just kind of awkward to have on, so ai took it off and have never looked back. |

This belt is AMAZING! I've always known that I had abdominal muscle separation after my pregnancies, but I figured there was nothing I could really do about it. I've recently learned, however, that it's never too late to close the gap, so I've set about to attempt to do so. One thing that I've read that was recommended was to "splint" the muscles to help train everything back to where it's supposed to be. The first time I wore this belt set, the support was just amazing. It forces you into proper posture, particularly when sitting, but it's so gentle at the same time. I am wearing the belly belt alone to do my belly exercises, and then add the other two belts just to go about my business. I've noticed some relief of some mild but persistent back pain simply from the support into proper posture. Moreover, after just a couple of days of doing this, I find I'm naturally holding my muscles closer to where they need to be without really thinking about it, which makes my belly look flatter already. I have a feeling this thing is going to be my best friend for some time to come. |
