I really didnt like this girdle the size is way off in my opinion. If its suppose to be postpartum it should not run in pregnancy size. Also it was no longer available for return before i really got to use it. Ordered this as soon as I found out I was having a c-section. After reading reviews, I decided to order a size up, which worked well for me, but still seems a little small. I played it safe and ordered a size up (2-4) and this size (0-2) and the fit is as I expected. I'm 5'6" and my weight is a bit higher than my normal 118-123 since I just had surgery (swelling). I traveled down the sizes in the Leonisa Post Op Garments to the smallest size but needed something to compress under clothes during my recovery. This is smooth and comfortable under clothing or as a waist trainer to sleep in at night. Spanx should be ashamed of their garment construction compared to the quality of this one. |

I love the three different pieces depending on how much support you want each day. I'm 5'7" around 140 lbs pre-pregnancy and this fits perfectly. It is noticeable under tight clothing but I have found that if I wear layers of a couple tank tops or belly bands it minimizes he appearance of it. I wear a belly band underneath it so it's not touching my skin. |

Really helped me, after 2-3 weeks my belly is back to pre pregnancy size. Definitely still have to work out to tighten up my muscles but my belly went back to about how it was prior to pregnancy and I really haven't even been wearing it as often as I should.
