It's a bit tight and the three layers don't stay layered when you move. Also it pushes my back fat up and out and is too stiff to wear post c-section. I was 190 pounds. I would suggest for "slimmer" ladies because it doesn't really hold much in. | Tag: belly band after c section

It wasn't difficult to put on, like other reviewers had commented. The reason I didn't like it was because, I didn't look any different with or without it on. I was hoping for something with more control. Plus I could see the lines through my clothes. I wear size medium, sometimes small clothing. This fit as expected. But, in spite of the stay put strip, the waist band likes to roll later in the day and it starts to pinch. If you get hot and sweaty, it gets worse. I would recommend short-term wear for this item. | Tag:

I initially really liked this wrap, and how I am able to put it on myself, always able to adjust it as my body shrinks down after a c-section. Mine cane with two sets of instructions, which seemed to contradict each other as far as which piece to wear in the first week. I ended up wearing the wrong one to start with, but it still gave me support. I'm now wearing two pieces during the day and three pieces at night.
