I absolutely love this shapewear! It holds everything in and it makes any outfit look amazing on you. It makes your tummy smooth and flat and adds a little push to your tush! I rated a 4 because shoulder straps can be uncomfortable. There nice and smooth but they can rub the wrong way. I also think the tummy part that wraps around and then hooks should have a little more support like steel bone. I really don't understand why people would spend close to or more than $100.00 on one of these when this one only cost me $20.00 and it does the job perfectly. I purchased this compression garment after doing research on many different ones after having my first child. It had the same pros and cons in reviews as even the most expensive kind and ultimately I decided to try this one out because it looked most similar to the one that was given to me |

It's a bit tight and the three layers don't stay layered when you move. Also it pushes my back fat up and out and is too stiff to wear post c-section. I was 190 pounds. I would suggest for "slimmer" ladies because it doesn't really hold much in. |

This belt is AMAZING! I've always known that I had abdominal muscle separation after my pregnancies, but I figured there was nothing I could really do about it. I've recently learned, however, that it's never too late to close the gap, so I've set about to attempt to do so. One thing that I've read that was recommended was to "splint" the muscles to help train everything back to where it's supposed to be. The first time I wore this belt set, the support was just amazing. It forces you into proper posture, particularly when sitting, but it's so gentle at the same time. I am wearing the belly belt alone to do my belly exercises, and then add the other two belts just to go about my business. I've noticed some relief of some mild but persistent back pain simply from the support into proper posture. Moreover, after just a couple of days of doing this, I find I'm naturally holding my muscles closer to where they need to be without really thinking about it, which makes my belly look flatter already. I have a feeling this thing is going to be my best friend for some time to come. |

There is a little boning at the top to prevent it from curling (I'm assuming). This could use a little more reinforcement as I've had this and worn it for about 10 hours total so far and one of the 'bones' has found it's way out already:( I also wish the shorts were a tad bit longer. Overall, I'm happy with the product. |

This shapewear works well for what it is intended but it was a bit tigher than expected. But kept it because it will work in the future for special ocasiones. I used sizing based on other people's reviews. But otherwise works very well and like it. |

You can wrap this really tightly around your belly, which can feel nice in so far as feeling less jiggly while your muscles tighten. I found that overtime, above or below where the velcro attaches, it became looser and didn't hold as well, but I had the same problem with the Shrinx one too. |

This was marked as a best seller, so I decided to buy and I was not disappointed. The instructions are very clear on how to use each piece and it fits quite comfortably. Definitely wear a thin cami or tank top underneath cause the fabric can be a bit itchy. |
