I love how adjustable this is. There are three separate pieces and you can wear one, two or all three depending on how much of your belly you want held in and it's easy to adjust it from a little support to tight enough to make breathing difficult (not the goal, I realize). This shapewear worked OK for me, but it is not really good for my body type. It fits well in the hip area and makes my bum look good, but it is a bit too large over my waist. I can see how this would work well for other body types though. I used it on my wedding day to keep my tummy flat, and it did the job. I still wear it sometimes when I'm bloated and want my tummy to look flat. Im an 8-10 so I bought the medium size. The midsection support is quite unbelievable!. It is high enough that I can tuck it under my brazier and that is awesome. The openings of the boy short legs do bunch up (they have no band like the top) and I could live without that, surprisingly though, it is not painful or uncomfortable in the groin. Overall, these are amazing for "holding it all in" |

It's SUPPOSED to be a little small, in order to hold your larger self in! I have worn it all day and it's been lovely. I was worried it would roll down from the top, but it's strong and has stayed in place without pulling my skin or bothering me in any way. I have a "pooch" and love handles from having my first baby because I've not lost the weight and this holds things in, smoothes out my love handles and you can't tell I'm wearing it under my clothes! Super discreet and an absolutely LOVELY product. I'm buying a few more!!! |

Really tight around the ribs, but ladies, isn't this what we're going for? I got this to tuck in my tiny bit of tummy pudge and slim my hips. It definitely slims my hips, but when you slim one part, it has to go somewhere, right? I think in an effort to slim my hips, it pushes everything to the front and back of me, making me smooth and rounded and more cylindrical in shape - my profile doesn't look as thin as it usually does.But that's life. This is a great slimmer, really. |

I was hesitant to purchase this item only because I hated any type of a constriction feeling, but I knew I needed this to wear a form fitting dress on my cruise. For the price, I figured I give it a whirl. Well, It's just amazing AND comfortable AND was perfect for the dress I wore. I purchased a large (I'm 5'4 - 190) since I'm a bit chubby and wanted to be able to wear it AND breathe, but didn't want it to roll down either. Once it's on, you can pull it up to wear it meets the bottom of your bra, so it's virtually seamless. I know I can purchase a one piece girdle, but WHY when this did the same thing? I was comfortable the entire night and slimmed my tummy, took away the bulges and made me FEEL Beautiful - which if course is most important, right!??!? BUY IT! |

I like the product although 2 of the 3 piece set is too large to fit as snug as I would prefer thus I must wear them in a different order than shown for the set to work for my size frame. I think the double velcro strip is excellent and would have liked it being on all 3 pieces. Overall I am pleased with my order although I would not suggest this to anyone smaller than my build. |
