Can't start using these until 3 days birth. I was 140lbs before pregnancy and 193lbs at the height of pregnancy (usually a medium pre-pregnancy). I got this in large and not so sure about waist yet but for my back it started to hurt and spasm a bit after pregnancy. I have been wearing this nonstop and no back pain. I am very pleased with this product. I had a c section and waited about 4 weeks to start wearing it because my stomach was very sore. I really like that it has the bands on the side that you can adjust and it gives you an hourglass shape. It gives a lot of support and it is even helping me with back pain. The pelvic belt/support is perfect. I have had multiple lower abdominal surgeries and just had another one. This is very comfortable and cannot be seen under clothes. I have also been sleeping in it. Using it for recovery and then for getting back in shape my lower abs later. |

This item came with 3 small magnetic dots in the front and 4 in the back. Should one pass through a sensitive metal detector at the work place or airport they will send a signal. I love this. It cinches and brings in your waist beautifully. The hooks show through some thinner materials and the fabric in the thighs make a lot of noise when you walk. But this product really does do what it says it does. True to size. |

I wear a Medium in everything (tops, bottoms, bras, underwear, etc.) so I decided to purchase the Medium, but the size chart instructed that I should purchase a small due to me being a size 6. As I waited for it to arrive, I was nervous that I should have ordered a Small but after it arrived I was very happy with my size purchase. When I took it out of the bag I was not sure it would even fit. It LOOKED like a small, but it doesn't fit like a small. This product fits perfectly. It's not too tight but it still smooths my tummy and buttocks. It's also very light and breathable. I would purchase whatever size you normally wear and do not go by the size chart (but this may just be my experience). |

Seriously love this product. I'm usually wear sizes 2-6 depending on the brand, and I ordered a small. I was worried that this product wouldn't do anything for thinner girls, but I was pleasantly surprised! It gave me such a great figure! It completely flattened my stomach and cinched my waist. I have so many dresses and pencil skirts I never wear because I often feel bloated or worry that my stomach will stick out after I eat or drink, but this shaper really helps me feel confident in those clothes. |

This product worked well. Unfortunately I had a C section and had to wait a while before using it. If I used it every day it would have definitely made my tummy smaller but it bothered my scar a little bit. I did notice a big difference the first week or two that I actually followed instructions and wore it every day for the suggested amount of hours. I was just lazy about wearing it. Love what it does for my body, I'm not really over weight, but when I would wear certain snug clothing, my painty line and bra line would show. I wore a beautiful red dress for New Years Eve and felt and looked great, I received so many compliments, and shapewear was comfortable. I purchased the Boy short style, in tan also.
