I do love the concept of this recovery aspect. It is fantastically put together - strong and sturdy. I am not postpartum but have abdominal problems due to surgery issues and this 3 in 1 support system keeps me happy - I don't have a strong belly anymore. I have a bit more weight to lose thru my belly before it will fit as I need - the one I got is for 190pds over...but, I am 70pds more past that point. The lower one will go on but because of not being sorted yet it is terribly tight. I got these 1-2 weeks postpartum. I had a 2nd time c section and diastasis recti. I was longing for sleep on the side but too afraid my organs would move around when i turn. so this gridle helped. At first it was stiff - which i like because it helped to flatten my belly, i wore this 24/7, the belly was noticable flatter, then took it off for one day for my body to relax (wearing this is very tight and restrictive sometimes), but then my belly went back to big. So i kinda have to keep this one to keep it tight. Now it's been my 6th week. With my hunching sometimes, the girdle is starting to loose its shape meaning the top and bottom ends crunched up a little. and it also slides up. I have a "droopy" belly, so my bottom muffin top hangs out and bent my incision a bit. I had to add a lower body belly band (http://www.amazon.com/Its-You-Babe-Cradle-136-180/dp/B000I615Q4?ie=UTF8&ref_=cm_cr_ryp_prd_ttl_sol_28) to cover my incision area first, then wear this on top. |

I'm 5'6 153 Lbs and a Large fits perfect. I expected this as "spanx" type products always run a little small. If this is your first time ordering a product like this, you need to order one size up. There is rubber on the top edges to help prevent it from sliding. The rubber does an ok job. But it works very well to flatten your tummy and gives me a boost of confidence when wearing form fitting clothing. I'm happy with this, and the price is great. Beats the stores. |

I was slightly disappointed in the amount of thigh support this gave, but overall, you get what you pay for. I only had a few issues with it sliding down which was a relief. I thought it would be a much bigger problem, but it wasn't. Going to the bathroom was easier than expected. The tummy and back support was great. Like I said, I just wish there had been more thigh there. Maybe for smaller figures this would be ideal. |
