I am 4 months post partum, I have been having back and abdominal pain off and on for the past 2 months despite physical therapy. I bought this in desperation and so glad I did. I wear it at night, off during the day unless I am going to be he doing a lot of lifting and bending. I wear while I am nursing as well because we all know ergonomic nursing positions are! Not the fixer to everything but my pain is a lot better bow that I have good core support. Don't wear 24/7 because could risk atrophy of muscles. Does what its supposed to do! However, taking a star off due to all the hooks and eyes. Going to try to find one with INDUSTRIAL strength hidden zipper! Lol (not the way that sounds! But they used to make good "hidden" zippers that gave a really nice SMOOTH look ) Its fine unless you like tight clothing which I don't because clothing that is too tight makes a person appear larger ... not smaller. This shapewear worked great with my body. I didn't think I'd be able to find something last minute for a company party but I was wrong. My ONLY complaint is that the material for the leg section was a tad bit too long for my dress and the see threw lace ends right above the knee and is about 5 inches thick. So I had to fold the leg section up my leg a little to hide it so you couldn't see it threw my dress. Other than that... this completely smoothed my body and made everything look firm and I felt so sexy and confident in it. Wasn't all that uncomfortable either, especially for shapewear. As other reviewers have stated it does have an opening at the bottom. But honestly I don't know why it's there. I don't see how you can use the bathroom with this on, even with the opening at the bottom of this shaper. So it was kind of pointless to me. Making me dock one star from the rating. First off, there are many other shapewear brands that sell a bodysuit like this one on amazon but I decided to go with because unlike the other shapewear which had 20-30% spandex and the rest nylon this one was made out of 37.6% spandex and the rest nylon which is where the real quality is at. When it arrived I pat myself in the back because it truly is made mostly of comfortable, durable feelin', stretchy spandex and the rest of it is sexy nylon to give you that lovely edge. |
