I am 5'3, 205 lbs after birth. The postpartum support assisted a lot after giving birth, and assisted with cramping. The section for the pelvis, does not stay in place for me, even though I'm not being active. Throughout the day, there may be some adjusting to get it comfortable again. The ridges leave indentations on the skin, so I put a tank top underneath, that's my personal preference. Size 10/12...i am probably at top of size range. Good for standing and walking around for long periods of time. If you are going to go from standing to sitting frequently, bands move and you have to readjust after sitting. I put in my pre-pregnancy measurements +2" because I just gave birth 5 days before my order and I gained 50+ lbs in pregnancy. This was WAY too big. I'm still 25lbs heavier, so I'm confused as to how this could possibly run small or even the correct size for anyone. Now I can't even see which size I ordered because the size isn't appearing in my order history. I'm going to reorder with a small or extra small- maybe I ordered a medium? I think it could be a good product if it fit right. Maybe it's because I'm putting in my jean waist size which is lower on my body, so if you're going to order- I'd recommend using a string and wrapping really tight in the smallest part of the waist.
