The pelvic belt/support is perfect. I have had multiple lower abdominal surgeries and just had another one. This is very comfortable and cannot be seen under clothes. I have also been sleeping in it. I wanted a post-partum girdle after my delivery to help with my diastis rectis and my umbilical hernia. This really did help aliviate the hernia discomfort and helped pull everything in quicker I feel. I ordered the medium size (I was 175 lbs pre-delivery and am normally 135 lbs not pregnant). I feel this size was perfect for me as you can make it smaller. It was comfortable, not too rigid to wear all day even while breastfeeding. It was fairly undetectable under clothing although don't wear something form fitting as it will show. I would recommend it for ladies looking for a little extra midline support after delivery for sure! |

Does not play . I'd go 2-3sizes up .I'm 5 5" 240 + and its a struggle to get in . this is my first shape wear and I'm not too happy how this experience is going |

I generally like this style under summer dresses, but it is hard to find a good one. This one has a nice compression to the midsection, but there are some major issues. First, I'm not a fan of the boyshort styling at the bottom, which doesn't quite provide enough coverage for my bottom. There's enough length in the torso, and the top has a sticky strip to keep it from sliding down. However, it isn't stitched well at the top so the fabric kind of rolls over. I don't yank on this as much as others, but this isn't my favorite. I'm most pleased so far with the version by Naomi & Nicole. |

Good tummy control...fit is great...I'm 160lbs and large fits fine...however I wish the leg part also had the rubber stuff around them because it tends to roll up a bit...other than that it's great... |

I would highly recommend buying a size larger than you think you should. I'm 5'6 175 pounds wear a size 8/10 or med/large. I ordered this in xl. It was a bit snug trying to wiggle into it. Once on I loved it, but really should have just gotten a larger size. |
