I am fairly long waisted but found the comments about it being a bit long have some merit. As do the comments about it being bulky under clothes. Material is tight, as should be for compression garment, offers as advertised. Comfortable but interior seams sewn large leaving indentation on flanks when removed. Elastic across top of back can cause hotspots but the middle is perfect for support. Ordered LG for athletic build, 120#, runs small. I almost give this a five star rating just because its so much better than the binding the hospital sent me home with. After a couple weeks it was so stretched out that I tried to cut it down to size which of course made matters so much worse! The biggest mistake I made with this, is that I waited a tad too long to order this. It really does the job at holding me in. It helps me to appear to have bigger than normal but smoother curves, like a girdle would. Because it has three separate parts, you are able to chose which is what you want and which serves your purpose best. Some of the time I have worn all three parts, other times just the smaller two. It is made with great durability. It is easy to use once you figure out where to position everything. The product comes with a pictorial instruction quick guide that I kept handy the first couple of times and then filed away once I got the hang of it. This really made me feel so much better about my postpartum figure so I could wear a dress on Easter. Product does exactly what you want it to. |

I would also say make sure you follow the sizing chart as closely as possible and if you do have big thighs/hips/belly don't try and go a size smaller I would definitely recommend following the chart because I did that the first time I purchased this product and had to return it. There are also 3 rows of clasps that you can use. |
