I played it safe and ordered a size up (2-4) and this size (0-2) and the fit is as I expected. I'm 5'6" and my weight is a bit higher than my normal 118-123 since I just had surgery (swelling). I traveled down the sizes in the Leonisa Post Op Garments to the smallest size but needed something to compress under clothes during my recovery. This is smooth and comfortable under clothing or as a waist trainer to sleep in at night. Spanx should be ashamed of their garment construction compared to the quality of this one. | Tag:

After reading the reviews I made the jump and purchased this shaper in XL. I wear 12-14. After a little work I was able to manuever this on. It fits nicely. The shoulders need a little more give in the adjustment straps. Yes you can wear it with panties because the crotch has a wide opening. I wear hose over them as well to smooth out the small bulge above the knee. This garment is machine washable and I did throw it in the dryer. |

I got this to help with the "bulge" after having a C-section. My clothes just don't fit as they should and I am having some issues with buttons. I got this, thinking it would help smooth things a little. It definitely does. it is made just right where it contours where it is supposed to. I like that it is high wasted and offers coverage the whole way up. I also don't think it suffocates you like some "girdles" do. I am going to buy this in other colors as well. Love it...5 stars. |

I have never been pregnant, but I purchased this anyway. I liked how this looked verses getting a "waist cincher". I wanted something adjustable to wear to work to help with my posture. I only wear one at a time. Not all three. I could see if someone wore all three at once after pregnancy or under workout clothes. I do think it's a little tight, but that's the point :) |

I communicated with the seller beforehand and i was advised to get an XL based on my measurements. i have used this for about 7 weeks before writing this review.Unfortunately, i was able to hook the last eyes right from day one-i expected to start from the first set and work my way to the last as my body adjusted to it. Thus, the fit isn't really true to size, neither is the grip/cincher very tight. It feels more like a regular shapewear without the firm grip. |

This is by far my favorite shape wear. I have purchased some bodysuits that cost over $100, but they can't compare to this one. The double layered girdle provides ample support without being too binding. |

I like that it fits snug. I have been using it for 3 months and it really tightens up. The only thing I don't like about it is that at the end of the day of wearing it, all three layers ride up to the top so I end up with three girdles around my ribs. I wish it would stay in place for the whole day. |
