I bought this to wear postpartum after my second csection. Sizing runs a bit small and it really would benefit from being thicker/taller. The way it's made, you have to choose between squeezing up back fat or pushing down love handles-not exactly a choice most new moms want to have to make. I am 5'7, about 130 pounds and 34 DDD. I bought this just to kind of shape my hips a little. I am pretty skinny but always felt my hips had a little dip in I didn't like.
