I just delivered on Feb 26 and I bought this before my delivery to use it on the hospital. It barely fit. Im a M-L in regular clothes. I thought it would help and fit as expected. I bought this shapewear in anticipation of my first wedding dress fitting and wasted my money. Don't get me wrong... I'm sure it works great... With certain body types. I am 5'4" 135 pounds and I was looking for a little something to suck in the little bit of tummy I have since my dress is form fitting. What I didn't anticipate is that this piece completely covered up my natural hourglass shape as soon as I put it on. My nicely defined waistline turned into a very blah, box-like body shape. This tucks in all your love handles for a smoother waist in case you need to wear something tight! It's flattering for a night out. The top of the shapewear has a sticky lining so it doesn't slide down easily. Judging from the review I expected to be able to size down a little bit. I wear a size 6/8 normally. I borrowed my mom's which is a 2/4 and it didn't work out. Definitely did not need to size down like crazy. Plus my torso is long so it was hard to fit all of my soft body into it. I probably could have worn a 4/6 but I just went ahead and got 8/10 because I didn't want to risk having something too small and didn't see my ideal size. It fit perfectly fine. Didn't help me fit into anything that may have been too tight (but I'm not a very big person anyway). Instead it just smoothed everything out so that i could wear tighter outfits without worrying about small rolls showing. It doesn't really show underneath clothing. If you have slightly big thighs (mine are fairly toned but still naturally a little bigger than someone super thin... medium, I guess) or a mons pubis that sticks out (yep, also here) you might want to wear underwear over this thing. It part of my thigh sticks out over the big hole provided for you to pee and it exacerbates your mins pubis. As much as I like mine, this can make it look like a camel toe but is easily fixed with underwear over not under (learned this the hard way when I needed to pee). | Tag: post natal belt after pregnancy

I purchased a 2xl (usually wear USA XL). The suit was a little snug, but figured it would be ok since I purchased it to sweat. Wore it once to my work out class, and the zipper popped and became unzipped in the front. I was unable to get it back on track, so I had to purchase another one. As far as sweating goes, it will make you sweat. I love this girdle. It's a little bulky, and the "lumps" can be noticed through clothing, but I didn't purchase it to be fashionable. I purchased it to press my stomach muscles back where they are supposed to be after giving birth. I give this product overall a good review. It does what it says as far as being shapewear, and it is well made. My complaint is about the waist trainer closure "hooks" that protrude out. I bought this specifically because I liked that it had a waist trainer attached. But it is visible under your clothes. You can see the little hooks sticking out. It's obvious. And I'm not talking about a super tight dress, just one that is fitted. So now, I'm back to square one trying to find a piece of shapewear to work with this dress before our cruise. I love the three different pieces depending on how much support you want each day. I'm 5'7" around 140 lbs pre-pregnancy and this fits perfectly. It is noticeable under tight clothing but I have found that if I wear layers of a couple tank tops or belly bands it minimizes he appearance of it. Way to small! I'm 5'4" and 115 pounds and I bought a small. When sitting in my wheelchair I have a muffin top that I would like to smooth out for tight fitting clothes. These were my two big problems. |

I am 5'2 at 240 pds i brought the 3xl and the legs were a bit hard to get on at first. I personally thought that it wasnt going to fit but i continued and it pulled up with no lines of where it ends on my thighs. Had to adjust the crotch opening so my butt wasn't poking out lol and the top was perfect i thought it wasnt going to close either but i was wrong and it looks great. and the price is awesome. My measurements are 43" waist and 52" hips. |

Top half does the job of keeping the tummy in, but the legs don't stay put and continually roll up. |
